ReadEnvStr behaviour change
Using ReadEnvStr on a variable that does not exist no longer fails, but returns "%<variable name>%".

This bit me on the bum when I upgraded my scripts from NSIS 1.45 to 1.65. Can the old behaviour be restored, or the documentation changed?
