Technical Shortcut Information?
Does anyone know where I can find a technical document on how a shortcut file is created?

• Exactly what shortcut keys are available?
• How to set the comment?
• Compatibility Tab? (Windows 2000)

I'd like to be able to set these, and know what shortcut keys are usable so I don't stuff up people's computers.

I managed to make a shortcut on my computer using NSIS that would work when you pressed `, F11, Num 7, Num 0 and Home. It also blocked all of these keys from any programs.
