About HTML Help
HTML Help can create with HTML Help Workshop, this software is freeware from Microsoft. That is version 1.31 in:

and the new versions 1.32 in:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/r...rch&ordinal=87

But I don't understand there is no different between 1.31 and 1.32
