Problem with NSISDL.DLL
I really like the functionality of the NSISDL.DLL utility. Unfortunately it works only great if you don't have to use proxies, etc...

Could it be extended to allow it to use the IE settings for download (without making IE a mandatory requirement!). For example the cygwin installer uses the IE settings and it comes in handy for many people.
