Not sure why you put this into a poll or what not.. but IMHO the best way to determine OS is with rainwaters nsisos.dll which you can find in this thread http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....threadid=70361
or you can use the function in the functions.htm file that is distributed with NSIS to get what OS you are running..
