Resume/Pause for nsisdl.dll
Hello,

I've made some changes to nsisdl.dll source code and added pause/resume button for it.

I want to contribute the changes to NSIS source tree.
But I need a bit of help from NSIS developers, since
there's a bug with progress sub-window, after NSIS installer window
activation/ deactivation the progress sub-window doesn't redraws.
I've made some kind of work-around but I don't like the way it works.
