About apache and tomcat's installer?
I want to make an installer for apache and tomcat by myself.
Also I want to know current apache.exe and tomcat.exe how to be packed?
How can I do this?
Any tools or tech details, would someone like to tell me?

If you want to make an installer using NSIS for the first time have a look at the examples first. Read the documentation too. If you still don't understand something, we are always here to help.
If you want to know how to specifically pack Apache and Tomcat this is not the place. Try the apache website, or these apache forums.
