How to install DSN for Postgres ??

If anyone can give me a hint on this it would be greatly appreciated!

What I need ( to be more precise)

Is a way to open a "create system dsn" dialog box....sorry if I was not too specific.

Isn't it a control panel? If so, find out what's the name of it (just open every .cpl in Windows\System[32] until you find the right one) and use ExecShell "" $SYSDIR\name.cpl.
