You can probably find it somewhere in the registry. This is more of a Tomcat question... Once you figure out how to get Tomcat's directory in general, without relation to NSIS we can help you translate the process to a NSIS script. But I'm sure Tomcat forums/mail list will help you much better in figuring out how to find the installation directory.
