System32 installation folder

I'd like to know, what do I have to set as installation dir, for files to be installed in system32.

if you refering system32 as the system folder in WinNT/2k/XP use
$SYSDIR

As a newbie myself i thoroughly recommend reading the docs taht came with NSIS, they make it a lot easier to write and understand.
