differences on [dialer] "online"

the dialer only differs "online" and "offline"

but i need a different message between:

online - already connected / connection successful

those two states.

is that possible to integrate?

No, that's not possible. The API dialer calls gives the same return value.

You can use GetConnectedState to check the current state.
