MUI_PAGE_HEADER_TEXT is broken?

It seems that the latest CVS build has caused both MUI_PAGE_HEADER_TEXT and MUI_PAGE_HEADER_SUBTEXT to be broken.
No matter where I define them, they now have no effect whatsoever...

Also, although I've only tested it using Modern UI, setting WindowIcon to "off" does not work.

WindowIcon is for the Classic UI.

This header text bug has been fixed. Thanks.
