Some one please help me!

I have a quick question! How do you make it so when the Installer "Installs" stuff, like a file other than a uninstall file, like the actual application, better yet how do you add files to be installed.

The instruction you're looking for is simply named File.

Have a look through the examples supplied with NSIS, it should show you how to get started.
