Please: Test my new tool (TransNSISdl)

Hi dudes! 🙂

I've made this tool to easily translate the strings of the NSISdl plugin, generating the propiate code.
The output code it's secure in an INI file.
It's not fully complete. I just want to tested in non-WinNT machines).
The only options availabe is "Translate", "Clean", "Exit".
The INI file will generated in the same directory as the EXE is.

I found only two issues. It doesn't let you choose where the file is saved (use GetSaveFileName) and the icon seems to have a shadow that wasn't added right, it's all black.
