Here is the latest (1.68) version of the ModernUI French translation.

Oh, I haven't changed $(^Name) to $(^NameDA) in MUI_UNTEXT_ABORTWARNING (because it isn't changed in English.nsh either). Shouldn't it be updated too?

No, because NameDA should only be used if there should be doubled ampersands.
