UpgradeDLL Function, Part 3

Please don't start a new topic for every post.

You can add it to the NSIS Archive, but please add a clear note that it is for use with CopyFiles and rename it to "UpgradeDLL_ExternalFile" or something like that, so people won't mix it up with the original version.

BTW, I've showed an example of how one whould use it with File command. So it can serve both File & CopyFiles modes of installation.
