Width of the components window

Is it possible to change the width of the components window, the one which contains sections checkboxes?

In fact it is currently to small. Isn't it possible to show the 2 labels 'Space required' and 'select components to install' above or behind the component panel instead of taking half of the available with?

I also need the large description window AND a larger components window. Why are there so much unused space to the left of the component window?

Why not make it larger and put the labels above?
