Add a Shortcut in the Control Panel

I can't find a anwser for this so..... Help me please

Is it possible to create a shortcut in the control panel???

If awnser is yes ........ to what directory or how?

seems that u missed to set one of the parameters.
"(null)" meens, that there's somewhere a "" or a "0" where it was not expected.
