How to check if Quicktime is installed

I just built this and would like to contribute it to NSIS.

Please let me know if there is anything that could be done better. It's tested and seems to work well for me.

Please add it to the NSIS Archive 🙂

Maybe you have to just detect the version, not compare, because in Archive has one function to do just that.
