Windows NT Crash in Dev Build After 2.0 Release

I have a small installer for my app and I've been having a problem with the latest dev builds crashing on the installer on startup on windows NT 4.0 builds. One build has ie 5.5 and one with ie 6.0 with all the latest patches. Any ideas?

Just some more info, actually the crash is after the Choose Components and then the Choose Install Location screen crashes. Below is a dr. watson screen.

Using the stable version is recommended if you don't need a specific thing in the development version.
