change wallpaper

I want to change wallpaper during installation. I have *.jpg image for wall and i need to convert it to *.bmp and set it as wall. Can i use desktop.dll plugin to do that.

You'll have to write a plug-in or use an external application.

How can i install *.jpg wallpaper?
