Checkboxes in ComponentsPage

Ive a question, ive many section in the Components page only a want that a few of them are not automaticly checked.

So Some checkboxes are checked and some not. I was wondering how to do this. Ive looked up the forum and User Manual with no results.

If the /o switch is specified, the section will be unselected by default.
