doesn't really fit in anywhere this one i think (even GD is not really a suitable place) but i'll move it to wa dev

as for the question... search msdn, codeproject, google, etc for it

oh! And I was starting to make a plugin wich will make the installer UI appear in transparancy and opacity ... 🙁
