Setting icon in MUI

I cannot set an icon for setup when I use MUI. It seems that when I include "MUI.nsh", the icon setting stops work. Am I right? Is there any workaround? Maybe code sample?

Please see the Modern UI Readme, you have to define MUI_ICON.
