Cant get create shortcut to work for the life of me.

CreateShortCut ""$SMPROGRAMS\GPSTEAM\Handy Reference.lnk" "$INSTDIR\GP Reference.exe" "" "C:\GPSTEAM INSTALL\GPCALCS\3books.ico" 0

THat is my code this is what i get when i try to compile

CreateShortcut: Unkown Show Mode "C:\GPSTEAM INSTALL\GPCALCS\3books.ico"

Is the "" at the start a type error or is that what you actually have? Should be "
