Exeheader

I've made some changes to the exeheader to localize the static English strings (verifying installer %, corrupt installer, etc.) and was wondering if anyone was interested in a patch. The overhead to the installer will increate by about 1KB with 11 localizations (including English).

You can submit it to the patch tracker so it'll remain visible. Someone might want to use it. However, I'm not sure I'll implement into NSIS as is. I'd like it to remain as it is, in sense that no unused strings are in the stub.
