I'm using Ultra MUI to create me installacion menu but I can't take the nullsoft install system watermark from the bottom image.
Can some one please help me.

I don't know UMUI settings, but Manual, 4.8.1.6 BrandingText may help.
Unless you add your own BrandingText, that will stay there unless you use XPUI... XPUI will remove it and you will not be required to have BrandingText
