I made a compiler interface, but I don't know how to bind it in an install file!

MakeNSISw.exe calls makensis.exe if that's what you mean.

yeah, I made such a .nsi file with makensis.exe but how can I make with this nsi file an installation programm?

Right click on it and select Compile.
