It won't let me click and select the langs for nsis. I might be missing a plugin or something.

Are you talking about HM NIS Edit? Because if you are, you should ask this from it's author.
But I know that the author of HM NIS Edit haven't been around lately... So I guess that HM NIS Edit doesn't find the NSIS installion directory. So you need set the path to the makensis.exe in the options. Then the languages will show up in the wizard.

you just need to install NSIS from http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page
