Hard browsing the forum with firefox

Last days, (did not make any changes to firefox) became significant hard to browse the forum with firefox. Normally when I was browsing in the past, fasterfox reported 6-7.000s to load the page. Now, it takes 90.000s while the same moment IExplorer is as fast as normal. Firefox has this weird delay only when browsing this forum.
My question is, does someone else have the same problem with firefox or I must search for this on my system?

No problems here. Try to clean firefox cache, history, etc.

Seems to have gone too :-) Though, I don't know the reason that caused that.
I thought it is the trialware of Outpost Firewall that I was trying last days so I uninstalled it and everything is normal again, yet I'm not sure if this is the reason.

could have been a duff advert. I find that some of the crap they post on here causes many browser issues.

TIP:

try an adblocker in firefox with wildcards and adjust your hosts file by setting for example al the servers you do not want to :

I.do.not want.you to 127.0.0.1

I've seen some changes to the forum and this is probably the reason why firefox is now faster than ever. :-)

Yeah, adblock with Filterset.G is the way to go. And if you don't like Google ads and loads of other Google things, CustomizeGoogle is ace!
