DropList Edit Control help

I just want to clear the Edit Control area (a selected item appearing) of a DropList (not a ComboBox) without erasing any items. Sendmessage WM_SETTEXT and WM_CLEAR don't work. Thanks.

Set the selected index to -1

This is for listboxes, isn't it? I need it for Droplist. Anyway it doesn't work 🙁

Thanks Afrow UK, SendMessage $R1 ${CB_SETCURSEL} -1 0 did the trick 🙂
