XP Username

I just downloaded and installed the NSIS program and got my feet wet just a little bit. I did a search, but found it hard to find anything about my question.

The place I want to have files install to is C:\Documents and Settings\username, but I don't know how to make it into the username folder because it is different for every PC. Is there a short cut like $DESKTOP, but a way to go to the parent directory?

lookup section 4.2.3 in the helpfile ($PROFILE is what you want)
