Axialis IconWorkshop like installer

Hi folks!

I need just quick info about creating professional installer like IconWorkshop from Axialis.

Is it possible to create it with NSIS?
If it is possible how much work does it need to customize modern skin to achieve this?

May be this is what you are looking for, I have no idea about IconWorkshop installer, screen shot of it would have given the better idea.
