Windows Services

Hi,
can anybody help me, I want to make entry to windows services during setup...how to do it?

kindly tell me how to use it..
is it required to be in any function \section

I'm not able to tell you more than the included documentation and example. I guess the author of the plugin provides all needed informations.
Obviously it has to be included into function/section
