[Help]Any command for copying whole folder files to another folder?

Hi Everybody,

I have to copy lots of file in a folder, is it possible to copy whole folder to the destination folder(this folder maybe has some files already, don't wanna lose them), just use one command?
If you File "" "" command, there would be thousands of lines for me.
