create Webapp with NSIS

Hello,

my project consists of
Webapp
Winapp
Database
Winservices

is it possilble create webapp with nsis
I want to copy all needed files into
c:\demo\mywebapp, then register mywebapp by IIS.

Deinstall of mywebapp is: delete mywebapp from disk.
The same with other components of my project.
