How can I prevent autoforwarding to Finish Page

I would like to hold users on MUI's Installing Files page *only if* I detected an error during the install (so that the user can click on show details and tech support can determine what went wrong). Otherwise, if the install worked perfectly, I want it to auto forward to the finish page.

I've searched the documentation, but I cannot see a way to make this work. Any ideas on this?
