Failure at Inetload.dll, need help

I used the inetload.dll to download the .net framwork and got "URL Parts Error" at particluar PC. But at my PC it works fine.
The plugin just download the file and at 100 percents it threw out a message "URL Parts Error".
Do some body get a clue on that? Great thanks.🙁

Both inetload and inetc can download few files in a single session. Use /END at the end of command line.
