Business contacts for NSIS

The company lawyer gave me a list of questions to get answer to about NSIS. One of them asked, "Who is the business contact?". I guess this is in case they want to clarify license information or some other stuff that I don't understand. Who would I contact about business issues from NSIS, if someone can give me an email or phone it would be great.

kichik is probably your best bet for anything regarding the NSIS license, but anyone here can tell you that NSIS is open source and it is therefore licensed in the public domain. See the manual for a complete list of licenses.

Yeah, I've gone thru it. The question is if you break the license, who sues? I guess the answer is anyone can.

The NSIS software is not in the public domain, the code is copyrighted.

The license however is open-source and very liberal, so it can be used freely and can also be modified with limited restrictions.

If you break the license, any copyright holder (one of the developers/contributors) can sue you.
