Register setup for safe downloading

Hi,
I'm not sure this is related to the installer, I'd need a way to register the executable in order to avoid warning screenshot when downloading from an internet site.
What is the procedure to register it and how to change the script to include the registration?

You need to sign your installer with a digital certificate for that. Search the web for signing, certificate, authenticode and digital signatures.
