NSIS Error
I have bought a brand new laptop with Windows Vista on board the day before. After I've tried to install a software I get a NSIS Error popup saying "error running installer". I've searched in the forums for the clue and switched off the firewall, but it didn't help. Please help me, I' don't want to reinstall Windows, cause I will lose the license.
Now that you have removed it, what if you download the files again?
Edit: Also, what happens when you type %TEMP% in Windows Explorer and hit enter?

What's the exact error message you get and which installers gave it to you?
If it's "Error launching installer", it means the installer can't open itself for reading. The most obvious cause I can think of is some Anti-X application still running. Try updating, disabling and uninstalling whatever application you have that claims to protect your computer.
