Having problem with Vista after unintall

I always use HM NIS Edit. However, after uninstall process in Vista the start meniu .ink egzist.
Could you help - what the problem ?
In my script editor it looks like this:
Delete "$SMPROGRAMS\$ICONS_GROUP\Readme.lnk"
Delete "$SMPROGRAMS\$ICONS_GROUP\myprogram.lnk"
and etc ...

Futhermore i had try and this way:

Delete "$SMPROGRAMS\my aplication name\readme.ink
and etc ...
