Whats the best programs to help me make it how i want it to look... and easy to do it..

All i need now is how do i get my own custom image as the background... and how do i make it stretch to fit different screensizes...

Uploaded my current script, so if anyone could help with getting the background as an image... stretching this image according to the users screen resolution... I want it to be active as soon as the splash image disapears... and i want it to run for the whole duration of install....

Then i would much appreciate it.
