Uninstall shortcut on Vista x64 in Menu Start

Hello

I have a big problem.
Make install system in Eclipse (All Up-To-Date) and my installator can't delete shortcut on Menu start🙁

I try this:

Delete "$SMPROGRAMS\$StartMenuGroup\*.*"
RMDir /r "$SMPROGRAMS\$StartMenuGroup"

And meny other option.
