Hide uharc.exe ?

how can i hide the uharc.exe from a background processing loaded from the installer ?

i tried the ExecWait, but this command not let me minimize or hide. Also i tried the ExecShell, but the problem with the last was it not waits to the end of uharc.

nsExec is included with NSIS.
