Adding hyperlink in custom pages

Hi i am adding a hyperlink "Print" in my custom license page. On click of this i opens a url. Upto this point it is working fine.

I have used NSD_Createlink for this. the issue I am facing is it displays Print in blue color, but doesn't shows underline below it and moreover when i place the cursor on Link the cursor doesn't changes, as on placing cursor on hyperlink it changes.
