Navimg on Wiki?

Sorry this isn't NSIS related. I noticed the NSIS wiki uses a navimg tag for the "Download" image and in the svn it looks like this is enabled via the Navimg.php under extensions.

Where did that php file come from? I would like to use that on my wiki.

I wrote it. You can use it under zlib license.
