How do you add a script to an installer 0.o

How can i add a splash script to my installer? im kinda new at this so im lost when it comes to this stuff. or in other words how do you add a zip to a script to be turned into an installer. any help is welcomed

You can use zip2exe tool that ships with NSIS if that's what you want.

well yea but i cant make the installer with zip2exe but i cant add a splash screen to it.
