Setup Stays in Memory

My Setup runs and then stays running in task manager. Before I can re-run the setup I have to delete it from processes in task manager.

Does anyone understand what I'm not doing corectly

not seeing the attachment - but if you're using any plugins, make sure that they get unloaded (if they require doing so)
