Register ActiveX with UAT

Hi all,
maybe this has already been discussed I tried to search but couldn't find answers, if there are please redirect me to that post.

Basically I want to register an ActiveX on Vista with UAT enabled. Is it possible without having the "elevation popup" ?

So register an ActiveX just for the current user?
